Welcome to El Bigote Mexican Kitchen, where modern and casual Mexican food come together in a lively and friendly Bonairean atmosphere. Located at The Hut, El Bigote has been owned and run by the three amigos since 2018. After long careers in Bonaire's hospitality industry, we decided to return to basics: great food and great service.

Our team consists of two chefs and a waiter, who all share a passion for serving honest comfort food and refreshing cocktails, all prepared with the freshest ingredients. From our signature margaritas to our salsas and tortillas, everything at El Bigote is made from scratch with love and attention.

El Bigote is relaxed, intimate and above all no-nonsense. Just come in, take a seat and feel at home. Our relaxed outdoor environment mixes locals and tourists from all over the world, creating unforgettable moments. The lively combination of a Mexican and Caribbean atmosphere makes every meal special.

We use only the finest and freshest ingredients to prepare every menu item from scratch. Where possible we use local fish, vegetables and herbs. Specialties of Mexican vegetables are imported directly to ensure authenticity.

At El Bigote you can enjoy ice-cold Mexican beers. We are the only place on the island where you can get the real Mexican Cerveza Modelo. Of course we also serve other delicious beers such as Polar and Amstel Bright, all served ice cold. Would you prefer something other than beer? Try our various soft drinks, cocktails and of course the best margaritas on the island.
